Every Solavesta project is led directly by one of the Four people below. No middlemen, no opaque sub-contractors, no "team" stock photography. The depth of experience is what makes the RESCO and SOPA models work in practice.

Er. Vinod K Bali

Solar engineer with PSPCL grid-side experience. Built Solavesta from a single rooftop.

Vinod founded Solavesta in 2023 after running Bali Solar Solutions since 2020 and serving inside Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL) as a SAP Basis engineer. That dual exposure — designing solar systems on one side, working inside the DISCOM on the other — is the core of how Solavesta thinks about net metering, grid integration, and project approvals.

Er. Jodhvir Singh

Ten years on solar sites. BESS expertise. Owns the vendor network and on-ground execution.

Jodhvir has been in the solar industry since 2016 — running site execution, building Solavesta's EPC partner network, and developing the company's Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) capability. Before solar, he spent eight years in agriculture and dairy farming, which is why Solavesta's rural and agro-industrial pitches land so naturally with Punjab factory owners.

Adv. Aman Alam

Supreme Court advocate. Vets every SOPA under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

Aman is an enrolled advocate at the Supreme Court of India and the High Court of Delhi, practising in civil, criminal, and family law. At Solavesta, he authored and continues to validate the Solar Output Purchase Agreement (SOPA) as a forward purchase contract for goods under the Indian Contract Act 1872 and the Sale of Goods Act 1930 — the legal architecture that keeps SOPA outside the Collective Investment Scheme framework.

CA Surinder Mittal

UPSC ICOAS All-India Rank 1. Ex-Assistant Director (GST), Government of India.

Surinder is a Chartered Accountant who topped the UPSC ICOAS 2023 examination at All-India Rank 1. He has served as Assistant Director (GST) with the Government of India, and previously worked across Deloitte, Vedanta (Hindustan Zinc), and Citi. At Solavesta he leads finance, GST compliance, audit, and treasury — and structures the tax economics of every RESCO and SOPA project we build.
